In the production process, the bearing body will inevitably be mixed with dust and sand and other impurities. This is the key to determining whether a product comes from a legitimate manufacturer's brand with strict manufacturing standards and is operated by a machine.
4. Whether there is muddy oil on the surface
Whether there is turbidity oil on the surface, which requires us to pay special attention to the purchase of imported bearings. Because there is still a certain gap between domestic rust prevention technology and foreign advanced manufacturing countries, the bearing body is easy to leave thick oil when rust prevention, and there will be a sticky feeling when touching with the hand. There is almost no trace of anti-rust oil on the original imported bearings. According to industry insiders, especially careful people can smell a special smell on imported bearings, that is, the taste of rust prevention oil.
5. Whether the chamfer is even
The so-called bearing chamfer refers to the junction of the horizontal plane and the vertical plane. Due to the limitations of production technology, counterfeit bearing products are not handled well in these corners. We can easily tell the difference.
