Self-lubricating bearing installation environment
The installation environment of self-lubricating bearings should pay attention to the following points:
The installation of self-lubricating bearings must be carried out under dry and clean environmental conditions. Before installation, carefully check the processing quality of shaft and shell matching surface, shoulder end face, groove and connecting surface. All mating and connecting surfaces must be carefully cleaned and deburred, and sand must be removed from untreated surfaces of the casting.
Self-lubricating bearings should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene before installation, used after drying, and ensure good lubrication. Oil-free bearings are usually lubricated with grease or oil. When using grease lubrication, the grease with excellent properties such as no impurities, oxidation resistance, rust prevention and extreme pressure should be selected. The filling amount of grease is 30%-60% of the volume of oil-free bearing and oil-free bearing box, which should not be too much. The oil-free bearings of the double row tapered roller and the oil-free bearings of the water pump shaft of the sealing structure have been greased, and users can use them directly without cleaning.
